Your commitment to the environment won’t involve a compromise in quality or taste when you bake with Lloyd Pans complete line of baking pans.
Our Dura-Kote™ and Silver-Kote™ finishes are the ONLY water-based, solvent-free bakeware finish available. There are no chemicals to leach into cooking foods, and no harmful toxins to release into the environment. Plus, all of our pans are manufactured under strict US codes for environmental safety.
Responsible Manufacturing
Our manufacturing processes are designed for minimal environmental impact and all of our by-products are made safe for reintroduction into the environment. The energy we use is supplied through as high a percentage of renewable, clean sources as is currently available to major manufacturing concerns, and we build every component of our pans in our own plant in Spokane, Washington.
Every bit of metal scrap is saved and recycled. We ship in recyclable boxes, and use recycled and recyclable office products. Our carbon footprint is one of the smallest in the industry.
Built to Last
At Lloyd Pans, being environmentally savvy means more than using the greenest energy available, limiting or eliminating pollutants, and recycling every possible scrap of material. Lloyd Pans are manufactured in the only United States plant that uses an in-house anodizing and coating process featuring our own Dura-Kote™ and Silver-Kote™ water-based coating that out-performs any other finish.
When no solvents are used in the coating, no harmful by-products are expelled into the environment—or into the bakery foods cooked with our baking pans.
