A recent article on Bake Magazine’s website detailed seven “Healthy Baking Resolutions” designed to spark ideas for bakers looking to make their products more healthful.
The seven ideas spanned from using all-natural sweeteners such as honey to controlling portion size through mini-version of popular indulgent bakery foods.
