Baking pans get heavy use at Sweetwater Bakery, Post Falls, Idaho. Pete Vas Dias, operations manager for the bagel bakery, wasn't getting the performance he wanted out of his commercial baking pans, so he turned to Lloyd Pans to provide a custom bakeware solution.
