Manufactured from heavy duty aluminum, the Hearth Bake Disk uses Lloyds’ Pre-Seasoned Tuff-Kote (PSTK) Teflon-free coatings to convey heat evenly for consistently superior results. Engineering innovations alter the disk specifications into a newly designed pizza disk especially for fast bake conveyor pizza ovens.

Crust bottom is similar to baking in a hearth oven with an irregular hole pattern showing on the crust bottom.
