Baguette Bread Pans

Capitalize on consumer demands for artisan breads and sub sandwiches with Baguette Pans. Perfect for the production of baguettes, French bread, rustic loaves and rolls, these pans allow bakers to bake multiple loaves per pan. Available in four-trough models. The pans’ hard-anodized 16-gauge aluminum and unique framework makes them durable for even the toughest bakery environments.

Baguette Pans are available in bare aluminum, silicone glaze, Silver-Kote® and Dura-Kote® finishes. These proprietary, water-based, stick-resistant finishes are ideal for bakers wanting a maximum return on investment from their pan purchases. Our pans are durable, don’t require any re-coatings or glazings, are 100% PTFE-free and made in the USA. See tabs below for more on our finishes.

Silver-Kote® Finish

This light colored coating system is designed to eliminate re-glazing. It bakes similar to bare aluminum but has the added benefit of being a permanent stick-resistant finish. 

  • Unlike silicone, this coating will last through countless baking cycles with proper care.
  • Cut costs and improve efficiencies by reducing release aids and parchment paper.
  • The coating’s steam-proof finish allows our customers to depan on their schedule.
  • Neutral, non-toxic finish does not discolor products containing eggs, such as cheesecake.
  • Water-based release finish is PTFE and PFOA free.

Dura-Kote® Finish

Dark colored finish for applications in retail and high-volume bakeries. Engineered for multiple oven types, and to withstand the rigors of hundreds of baking cycles per day. 

  • The dark finish bakes hot and helps brown crusts quicker.
  • Permanent stick-resistant coating will not chip, peel or flake off.
  • No seasoning required.
  • Metal utensil safe pans allow for easy cleaning and maintenance.

Silicone Glaze

Excellent release for the Baking Industry

  • Non-stick surface throughout the life of the finish
    • Several hundred baking cycles before re-glazing is necessary.
  • Pans can be reglazed multiple times
    • LloydPans does not offer this service.
  • Glaze Coating is susceptible to steam penetration
    • Depanning when hot is recommended.
  • Delicate finish needs gentle care
    • Not metal utensil safe.
  • Reglazing is not available from LloydPans
