Baking Trays…Serving Trays…what’s the difference?
The primary difference between our Baking Trays and Serving Trays lies in metal thickness, perforation, and finish options. LloydPans Baking Trays are manufactured from heavy 14 gauge aluminum, whereas our Serving Trays are manufactured from extra-light 18 gauge aluminum. Our standard Serving Trays are available in bare aluminum, only. Baking Trays, on the other hand, are available in solid and perforated models as well as in bare aluminum and Pre-Seasoned Tuff-Kote finish.
