The Saute Pan is built with a wide bottom for maximum heat conduction and curved sides for gentle turning. Deep enough to contain food yet accessible for spatulas and stir spoons.
This versatile pan is built to sear meats, deglaze sauces or stir fry vegetable dishes. Featuring our Dura-Kote coating that keeps oil to a minimum, it is heat safe to 700° F for hot cooking and cleanup is always a breeze. The cool grip handle keeps the heat in the pan even at extreme temperatures.
