Choose the Best Pan Coating Option for Your Process.
Lloyd Pans proprietary water-based, stick-resistant coatings outperform and outlast any other cookware or bakeware finish with little or no special seasoning or handling, at temperatures up to 525 degrees Fahrenheit. Our products are 100% PTFE-free and cleans easily and thoroughly. By way of example, one of our customers runs a high volume cake line that cycles 15 times daily. Since purchasing our coated pans, this commercial bakery has completed more than 2300 cycles with our equipment—and the count continues.
So how do you know which coating is right for your bakery, pizzeria or kitchen? Lloyd Pans offers three coating options on all of its pans: Bare Aluminum, Silver-Kote™ and Dura-Kote™. Follow this comprehensive chart that maps the strengths of each coating.
