Our woodfiber peel is an essential – prep dough on it, use it to transfer pizzas to and from the oven, then slice and serve right on top.

Large

At 16” wide and 24” long, the large peel can handle pizzas up to 16 inches and will keep hands safe from the hot oven during transfer.

Small

At 10” wide and 16” long, this is a perfectly sized tool for individual pizza pies up to 10 inches.
