Egg Pans
Bake four or nine eggs at once in a conventional, combi or speedbake oven with LloydPans’ innovative egg pans that come in round or irregular cavity shapes. This pan was designed to streamline kitchen operations by making “fried” eggs without the dedicated attention of a cook. Eggs also can be made in conveyor and infrared ovens with some testing.
Egg pans are coated with our proprietary Dura-Kote stick-resistant finish, which has a darker finish that allows the pans to bake hotter and faster. Pans are rated to 700F empty; with food coverage they can go much higher.
Egg Pan Cavity Dimensions
- Round cavity is 3 inches in diameter at the bottom, 0.5-inches deep and has a 3.55-oz. capacity
- Irregular cavity is 3 inches in diameter at the rounded part, 0.5-inches deep and has a 3.32-oz. capacity
