The Appetizer Pan is a versatile pan that can do everything from baking bread to roasting vegetables to cooking meats, all on an elevated perforated insert. The perforated insert is key to the appetizer pan, allowing fats and oils to drip from your food instead of pooling in the pan and making proteins greasy and soggy. This is the perfect pan for perfectly crisp products.
We finish our Appetizer Pan with a stick-resistant PSTK coating that is toxin free, metal-utensil safe and won’t chip or flake
