Coupe-Style Serving Trays, coupled with our Quik-Disks as inserts, are ideally suited to provide a place for trapped steam and oils to escape. I just think it is so smart for everyone who doesn’t want soggy pizza! From homes to restaurants, would be great for buffet or catering situations also.

Favorite LloydPans Product: I really like the Equalizer, because when I cut pizza, it always seems to be such a cumbersome task, and the Equalizer seems to just get to the point. And it has a really great name.

Favorite LloydPans Product: I absolutely love my alternate Detroit pan as it is such a versatile pan. I also really like our Heart Shaped Quik-Disks just because they are so stinkin’ cute.

Favorite Pizza: Detroit-style pizza. Light/airy crust with a slight crunch at the outside edges and a soft, flavor-packed interior that melts in my mouth. Mushrooms, cheese, onion, tantalizingly delicious tomato sauce and balsamic glaze drizzle.
Favorite LloydPans Product: Detroit-Style Pans because our Detroit-Style Pans don’t need to be seasoned; they produce the BEST PIZZA I’ve ever tasted. It’s far too easy to ruin the flavor of the crust when pans have been seasoned multiple times over the years and impart a “rancid oil” taste to pizza crust. That just never happens with Detroit-Style Pans that are manufactured by LloydPans.
