You’ve finished your pizza party, and now it’s time for dessert. July 30 is National Cheesecake Day, and LloydPans’ Cheesecake Pans are a perfect way to stay on trend with the bake of the summer.

The Secret’s in the Release
Our Cheesecake Pans address the most common production challenges facing bakers and foodservice professionals: product release and storage. All of LloydPans’ cheesecake pans feature even wall thickness and seamless construction, plus your choice of three proprietary finishes: Silver-Kote, Dura-Kote or unfinished aluminum.

How do our Cheesecake Pans eliminate the need for springform pans and the problems these pans create in heavy production environments? Loose bottoms. No more broken springs or latches and clean releases each and every time.

Party Like it’s 1985
National Cheesecake Day was first celebrated in 1985 in the States, but cheesecake is believed to be one of the first sweet desserts in the world. American bakers of course use cream cheese in their recipes, and there’s a number of cheesecake trends taking place this summer.

  • The four-in-one. A popular panaderia in Las Vegas is taking personalization to the next level — or layer if you will — with four layers of chocolate cake, flan, tres leches and cheesecake. Customers can enjoy somewhat of a permissibly indulgent experience: four-in-one is sold by the slice.
  • Pre-packaged cheesecakes. Debbie Marchok, vice president of marketing at Chicago’s Eli’s Cheesecake Company, told Snack Food & Wholsale Bakery that pre-packaged cheesecakes are a strong category for their in-store bakery, due in part to customer need during the pandemic that has fallen into summer of 2022. Elis Chi-Town Single Serve Cheesecakes (Original Plain, Chocolate Chip, Strawberry Swirl, Cookies * Cream and Blueberry Swirl) are made with no artificial flavor, colors or preservatives, and they’re individually wrapped in custom containers.
  • Cheesecake for a cause. The Cheesecake Factory is donating $1 to Feeding America for every slice of its more than 30 flavors of cheesecake sold on National Cheesecake Day. The newest flavor — Classic Basque Cheesecake — also will be released on July 30, and for every slice sold of this cheesecake through July 29, 2023, 25 cents will go to the charity. Talk about a guilty pleasure.

Have your cake, eat it too and don’t forget to order Straight-Angle Cheesecake Pans or Nesting Cheesecake Pans for the perfect slice this summer.
