Top 5 Best Selling LloydPans of the Year

The results are in, and the LloydPans team has crowned the pizza pan winners of the year! The Detroit-Style 8x10x2.38-inch and 10x14x2.5-inch were the top two best sellers of 2023 for our Spokane Valley, Wash.-based team, followed closely by 12-, 14- and 16-inch Quik-Disks. We took a trip down 2023 memory lane to reflect on why our customers chose these pans as their favorites. 

Influencers that we interviewed — namely Scott Deley of Scott’s Pizza Project and Arron Capron, Owner of The Edge pizzeria in Sandwich, Mass. — both spoke highly of Detroit-style. Capron said that Detroit-style is his favorite style of pizza, while Deley dedicated an entire chapter in his book to one of the most popular styles of pizza in the United States. 

Quik-Disks, our third, fourth and fifth best sellers of the year, ensure maximum crispness and are designed for various styles of ovens and baking styles. Quik-Disks feature a 40% airflow to 60% surface ratio. They are a superior alternative to thin mesh screens and are the standard for medium crust pizza in conveyor ovens.
